The Gathering Summit is a business and marketing conference based in the Fairmont Hotel, Banff. I was responsible for onsite print collateral along with a full roll out of display ads and press advertisements. The onsite signage included name badges, wayfinding signage, installation pieces, vinyl decals, stepNrepeat, teardrop flags, etc. This was a challenging task as there are so many moving parts when it came to the event that were out of our control. We didn't have a confirmed schedule or list of partners and sponsors until very last minute. After the stress pre-event, the conference was an absolutely joy to attend and to see everything in place - as well as soaking up the content from the Honouree speakers and the intimate Inner Sanctum experiences, in the stunning setting of Banff National Park.
